I could hardly contain my excitement when I found out that Zaven’s parents wanted to integrate a Harry Potter theme into his cake smash. Honestly, it’s a dream come true to capture the joy of milestone moments like this, and Zaven was the perfect little wizard to make it all happen. Just look at that infectious smile on the birthday boy!

Meeting the Magical Family
It was my first time meeting Zaven and his super cool Harry Potter-loving parents, and let me tell you, I was over the moon! As soon as they walked in, I knew we were going to have a fantastic time. Their enthusiasm for the Harry Potter universe matched mine, and between the two of us, our imaginations ran wild. We had so many adorable props that truly turned this cake smash into a scene straight out of Hogwarts.
Zaven Turns 1!
It’s hard to believe that Zaven is already turning one! He was such a delight during the entire session—happy, giggly, and buzzing with excitement for his first birthday party. It was as if he knew this day was magical! We had everything from Harry Potter books and wands to quirky glasses, and even a Golden Snitch! Each prop sparked joy and laughter, creating the perfect backdrop for our little muggle’s cake-smashing adventure. We both share a November birthday, and our zodiac sign is Sagittarius (the best one lol)!

A Journey Through the Harry Potter Universe
As we dove into the topic of the Harry Potter franchise, it felt like we were transporting ourselves to a world of wizards and witchcraft. We talked about the adventures of Harry, Ron, and Hermione, and how they inspired countless fans around the globe. I could see the light in Zaven’s eyes as he “explored” this magical universe through our props. It reminded me of how these stories bring people together, creating lasting memories, much like this cake smash session will for Zaven’s family.
The Cake Smash – A Sweet Celebration
The pièce de résistance of the day was, of course, the cake! With a beautifully crafted cake that echoed the enchanting theme, Zaven was ready to take on his first sugar-filled adventure. As he dug into that cake, frosting flying everywhere, we all shared a collective laugh. It was a scene not just for photos, but for the heart—one that captured the sheer joy and wonder of childhood.

As we wrapped up the session, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for having had the opportunity to capture such a wonderful milestone in Zaven’s life.
