As a religious event photographer, I’m so honored I got to capture Everly’s special day. This past weekend, I had the absolute joy of photographing the baptism of little Everly at the beautiful Sacred Heart Church in Covina, CA. And let me tell you, this girl has some serious spunk and personality! She was all smiles and radiated pure happiness, making my job a breeze.

I’ve known Everly’s family for several years now, having photographed her first cousin’s baptism a few years ago, so when they asked me to come back for this special occasion, I felt truly honored. Family gatherings like this are a testament to love and support, and Everly was surrounded by so many of her relatives, which made the day even more special.

Godparents Are A Blessing

The godparents were just as beautiful and loving as you’d hope. And Hope happens to be her godmothers name, and one of my long time clients. They went above and beyond by making candles and having personalized crosses to be blessed by the priest during the ceremony. It all added a lovely touch to a deeply meaningful event.

After the ceremony, we stepped outside to the church garden for some portraits. The light was just right, and Everly was the perfect little model. In her sweet white outfit, she was a vision! Given her cheerful personality, we captured some truly joyful moments that I can’t wait to share with her family.
